Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our courses are digital services delivered as live lessons via Zoom. Please read the refund and cancellation policy below before making a purchase.

Right of Withdrawal

As a general rule, consumers have the right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days. However, for digital services, the right of withdrawal may expire once the service has started to be provided with the customer’s explicit consent.

By purchasing a course, you agree that the delivery of the course may begin before the 14-day withdrawal period has ended, when you receive access to the course participation links, materials, or course content. After this, your right of withdrawal may expire in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Refunds

Course fees are generally non-refundable once access to the course has been provided or the course has started.

If Kitarakurssi.fi is forced to cancel a course, we will, where possible, offer an alternative course date or, alternatively, issue a full refund.

Absences

If you are unable to attend an individual live lesson, the course fee will not be refunded. Every lesson is recorded, and the recording will be available to course participants for later practice.

Private Lessons

Private lessons included in the Plus and Max packages are booked through a separate online booking calendar.

A booking can be rescheduled or cancelled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Private lessons cancelled later than this or missed without notice will not be refunded and may not be possible to reschedule.

Problems and Support

If you experience any problems with payment, accessing the course, or using the course materials, please get in touch as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve all issues quickly and in a customer-focused manner.
