Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

All Kitarakurssi.fi courses are one-time purchases. We do not offer recurring subscriptions or automatically renewing memberships.

After purchasing a course, you will receive participation instructions by email and access to the course materials. Once the delivery of the digital service has begun, the purchase cannot be cancelled and the course fee will not be refunded, unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation.

If Kitarakurssi.fi has to cancel a course, the customer will be offered either a new course date or a full refund of the course fee.
