These terms and conditions apply to all courses and services purchased from the Kitarakurssi.fi online store. By purchasing a course, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Course Access

The course is intended solely for the personal use of the purchaser. The right to participate in the course may not be transferred to another person without prior written permission from Kitarakurssi.fi.

3. Zoom Links and Course Pages

After purchasing the course, you will receive an email containing a link to the course page, where you will find, among other things:

Zoom link for the live lessons
Google Drive course materials
Lesson recordings
Other course-related instructions and links

These links are personal and must not be shared, forwarded, or published to other persons.

4. Learning Materials

All materials, videos, sheet music, tablature, exercises, and other learning materials provided during the course are protected by copyright or subject to usage rights held by Kitarakurssi.fi.

The materials may not be:

shared with other persons
published online or on social media
sold or transferred to others
used for commercial purposes without written permission

5. Lesson Recordings

Live lessons may be recorded, and the recordings are available only to participants of the respective course group.

Recordings may not be downloaded, copied, shared, or published without written permission from Kitarakurssi.fi.

6. Participation

The participant is responsible for having a working internet connection, computer or other device, and any other equipment required to participate in the course.

7. Course Changes

Kitarakurssi.fi reserves the right to make justified changes to the course schedule, content, or teaching arrangements. Participants will be informed of any changes as soon as possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kitarakurssi.fi is not liable for indirect damages resulting from temporary disruptions to an internet connection, the Zoom service, or other third-party services, for example.

9. Copyright

All content on the website, including course materials, videos, text, images, and other materials, is the property of Kitarakurssi.fi or the respective rights holders. Copying, sharing, or otherwise using the content without permission is prohibited.
